Triple Redundancy Voting Logic

This microcontroller compares three inputs and votes out one that stands out from the other two, it is intended to be used in safety critical applications where a single point failure is not acceptable.

In case of a triple failure (all 3 inputs going astray) it defaults to one of 3 user-selectable modes:
- Fixed Value - Output assumes a user selected value
- Average Value - Output assumes an average of all 3 inputs
- Follow input 1 - Output assumes the same value as input 1
