Official Vehicle Pack for the Halcyon Crisis

Why the sudden release?
I'm recently having issues finding time to finish stuff, due to having a fulltime job and other private stuff.

Therefore I decided to polish up what I already had and release it as a coherent pack.

Originally I wanted to include Variants, such as IPC or Urban Desert, but I didn't get to making those yet.

vehicles generally never break unless the vehicle system gets reworked altogether with new EAs

I installed this
then Uninstalled it because I wanted to use one of my preset packs
then I couldn't find this again
and now I found it again

The Heavy Machine Gun Placements has a bit of a bug, it allows the gunner to do a full turn around it, which is bad cause it makes the gunner look in the wrong direction and it makes it easier for them to be killed. Other than that the mod is good.
