Pets Spawners from Prop Pack At Terramart

Makes the Pet Spawners from Prop Pack available for sale at Terramart.
Compatible with TerraTabs, pet spawners will appear in the "Pets" tab
Pet spawners act like a tech console and the pets that spawns are like ship pets. Pet colors of spawned pets are random to change the pet's color just remove and place again the spawner.
Also added singing to the PopTop pet which was mute!

Edit: all pets are sold for 800 pixels, the screenshots were taken when I still was testing the mod and then i realized they were all sold for 0 pixels.
