Woggles Starter Pack + Fuel Crafter

Remove the ability to craft Woggles Fuel at emptyhands crafting for all races as I think it breaks the game if you're not playing as a Woggle.
Instead Woggles caracters can craft their fuel though a special crafting table (imagination Fuel Crafting Table) that is found on ship locker when creating a new (Woggle only) character. 6 Imagination fuel bars are also provided
Rebalanced the Fuel provided by Imagination from 99999 to 20.

For characters made before installing this mod (or if you lost the Imagination Crafting table for some reason) you can acquire the crafing table with in-game commands by typing:
/admin [enter]
/spawnitem ImaginationCrafter [enter]
/admin [enter]

Tried to make the crafting table as close as possible to the race's lore.
Made this mod for people on my server using Woggles Characters.
