Same, but even if it doesn't I'll still admire this mod for using Lilly as its thumbnail picture.
<li Class="PatchOperationConditional">
<xpath>Defs/StatDef[defName="WorkSpeedGlobal"]/capacityFactors</xpath>
<success>Always</success>
<nomatch Class="PatchOperationAdd">
<xpath>Defs/StatDef[defName="WorkSpeedGlobal"]</xpath>
<value>
<capacityFactors />
</value>
</nomatch>
</li>
<li Class="PatchOperationAdd">
<xpath>Defs/StatDef[defName="WorkSpeedGlobal"]/capacityFactors</xpath>
<value>
<li>
<capacity>Sight</capacity>
<weight>0.7</weight>
<allowedDefect>0.5</allowedDefect>
<max>1</max>
</li>
</value>
</li>
Not using /li[1] would additionally help eliviate any errors when accounting for other mods that touch stats in a similar way.
I've tried disabling both Pep in Your Step and Stronger Quality Scaling (1.3), as I found through Rimpy that both had some lines in common but the problem persisted.
The error starts like this: XML RimWorld.StatDef defines the same field twice: capacityFactors.
Field contents: Sight0.70.51.
