[Reupload] The TFA Base's outdated GitLab develop branch.

There are NEW FEATURES in the OFFICIAL REUPLOAD that this version DOES NOT HAVE. You should UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THIS VERSION and use the official version.

I am providing zero support for this addon! This was uploaded in a time of uncertainty. Not only have the two current maintainers started offering support for the base, but they've been updating it since. Use the official version instead!

USE THE OFFICIAL VERSION INSTEAD

Because ~6,000 people were subscribed to it and I didn't want to cause another problem for those people by just deleting it.
