MDV low resources on spawn

This mod modifies the Manned Descent Vehicle to fix a couple of issues and adds some more features. This modified MDV will spawn by default in multiplayer when this mod is installed and enabled in a new multiplayer game.

*Hydrogen tank for the MAV is empty on landing as it should be, making players need to produce their own fuel
*1 Datapad for each of the six crew members, can be found in the bedroom cabinets
*Fix for bug causing amount of fertile soil that can be stored to be at 1000 instead of 3500 like the other tanks
*Human waste tank replaces second methane tank for storing Human Waste (toilet functionality not included)
