unseal trading crates

描述
adds a station to unseal (and reseal) space station trading crates

unsealed crates can be opened for goods

- electronic crates have electronic materials like wire and ram
- food crates have canned food and produce
- medical crates have healing items and red stim packs
- military crates have some mech components and rarely tech cards and upgrade modules


craft the station at the architect's table

To be fair, the K'Rakoths mod has different treasure pools for unpacked trade goods so everything's fine.

Funny, the K'Rakoth mod recently updated with a feature similar to this, although I guess this is good for those who don't care for the other stuff it adds
