Drone Carrier - Enders game inspired

-This mod CAN lag your game as both type of carriers can field 800+ strike craft in one go.

-Special drone strike craft (Bomber and Fighter types)
--A single drone carrier can field 1000 drone strike craft
--A single drone carrier dreadnought can field 3300 drone strike craft
-Drone carrier has (for RP purposes) build-in foundry allowing them to replenish their drones, in exchange, massive alloys upkeep
-both carrier are almost impossible to disengage:
---Drone Carrier Disengagement chance: -300%
---Drone Carrier Dreadnought Disengagement chance: -500%

-Max build = No Limit
-DLC Requirement: None
-Ship Requirements = "Tech:: Project Evangelion"
----Project Evangelion Requirement: Tech Cruisers, Tech Combat Computers 2, Tech Self Aware Logic (yes, can be researched by gestalt)
-Naval Capacity - 30
-Hull = 20k
-Armor = 15k
-Shield Multiplier: 200%
-Evasion = -15+
-Base speed = 80
-Estimated Cost of Alloys = 12k to 15k
-Default Upkeep = Energy = 50-80, Alloys = 50-100
-Building days = 654 ingame days

-Max build = No Limit
-DLC Requirement: Federation & Apocalypse
-Ship Requirements = "Tech:: PProject Hraesvelgr"
----Project Hraesvelgr Requirement: Tech:: Project Evangelion, Tech Juggernaut, Tech Titans
-Naval Capacity - 120
-Hull = 120k
-Armor = 65k
-Shield Multiplier: 200%
-Evasion = -35+
-Base speed = 60
-Estimated Cost of Alloys = 55k to 70k
-Default Upkeep = Energy = 300-400, Alloys = 180-300
-Building days = 2280 ingame days
