Your issue is a bit different: even though the radio stays on, the Java side of the game stops both the sound and the radio text from playing.
To solve this, you’ll need to use my other mod UAL – Unequip And Listen, which keeps radios fully functional even when they aren’t equipped.

I was thinking that a script that runs when a player loads that makes him invisible, teleports him next to each other players then back to his original position would work.
Are there any mods that make VOIP work without the "local handshake"? You know, in MP voice only works after you meet in the same map cell with another player, which kind of defeats the purpose of radios :D
Anyone know how to fix it? I know Lua, I can make it but I just need to learn what to edit :D
I just have one question : is it normal that sometimes we can't hear each other during the game ?
