A couple things, though: The patch made to the Solarium Star (idk if there are any others affected) is written in a way that overwrites the recipe unlocks added by other mods (I could only learn Aetherium Engine's Solarium Rod recipe after unsubbing from RWM). Also, including the version number in the internal name just makes it harder to keep in the metadata's "includes" in the long run.
Info on how to use it with a modded species is found in the MegaMart Field Guide (obtained once per character) under the Unfamiliar Species section.
Though, unlike betabound, my versions of the weapons aren't crafted at the anvil, but at the custom weapon smithing station, so they are separate. As such, the overlap is minimized.
