Each ward bay is setup independent of each other.
For realism patient mapping is controlled by biohazard corridors on each floor.

Played best with Specialist mode and take over all patients turned on.

Can you treat all patients in Memory Lane Hospital? You cannot hire experienced staff only interns. Increased number of insurance companies to manage a high number of patients. Feedback in comments how you get on!

Play with the following restrictions:
Can only create staff as interns, give Scholar trait plus two others of your choice.
Once an insurance company is turned on you cannot turn it off (unless your really overwhelmed!)
Cannot use intern doc mode unless working on specific objectives.
Automatic take over of all patients is turned on at start.

On start create:
One ER Clinic Doc
One Admin Cleaner
One ICU Doc
One ER Trauma Doc
Two General Surgery Docs
Two General Surgery Nurses
One Pharmacist

You are left with 10000 money

Tips:
For hospitalisation/surgery/ICU/Trauma staff hire interns early to train (don't fill last nurse/doc position so the hospitalisation doesn't fully open) giving them the Scholar trait means they will level up without any patients to see, once levelled enough for specialisations you can assign roles and open hospitalisation when your ready.

Utilise Observation for taking labs to ease ward staff before sending patient to correct ward.

The key to this challenge is to activate the insurance companies at the right time without taking on too many patients at once.

Don't worry about flashing red triangles they will disappear once the departments are fully staffed, all areas will work as long as you hire the correct staff.
