描述
This mod brings changes to nearly all the roman units textures, gives more units to the eastern and western empires, and makes small changes to make the UI to fit the era better.

Features :

  • Reskinned the units of the Western and Eastern Roman Empires, Romano-British, and Roman rebels
  • Added the following units the the WRE :
  • Legio Lanciarii
  • Equites Catafractarii
  • Imperial Household Bodyguards
  • Added the following units the the ERE :
  • Auxilia Palatina
  • Bucellarii
  • Imperial Household Bodyguards
  • Added a Legionary First Cohort unit to the RB
  • Added officers to all Roman and British infantry units
  • Made slight changes to the campaign and battle UI buttons

It is a shame no one has been able to add variety to the Roman factions helmets yet. the ones in game are meh, in my opinion. Were are the ridge helmets and Spangenhelms. Great mod BTW.

The comitatenses 1st cohort units already bear the shields of the Herculianii :french:

So cool, now I could use Legios rather than weak barbarian foederati infantry, as Comitatenses are quite expensive.
Oh, I almost forgot, could you add 2 new Elite units for the WRE? They are the Iovanii (Jovians) and Herculianii (Herculeans), popular during the Gildonic War.

I think the Roman Fan Youtuber: Maiorianus, mentionned it.
Or maybe I saw them from Rome 2 total war Empire divided for Aurelian Rome as very late Elite Units

yes, also a complete remake is coming some time in the future
