Apparently there was an update a couple days after I last posted.
WHATEVER YOU DID, or whatever happened (doesn't matter), the respawning works now!
'Tis a glorious day!
And I'm using all the same mutators I had back then. No idea what it was but now it works so I don't care

Why doesn't the second crew member have the Pilot skin? This bug didn't exist before

I do have one suggestion that i think can make the actual game flow a bit easier with this mod on, that being making the helmets for the pilots team colored, or like some other piece of appareled team colored

it may be just me but pairing with any other multi skin mutator disables the multi skin effect for both teams, so you just get the skin you choose in the config screen, im pretty sure its this skin mutator the one causing the issue but I could be wrong, any confirmation from you would be very helpful (nice mod btw)

Theres a bug where one of the passengers in helicopters get the pilot skin too

Try to expand it. The accurate plane pilot helmets also have a mask on their face underneath their helmets glasses, as you know well. Make crew skin for APCs and tanks as we know their outfits are different somehow from the plane pilots. This is a good mod.

I'd also like to mention that the arms still do not reset properly to the default player selected skin. They are no longer the vanilla character model arm, but instead remain as the pilot character model arm.

Also, your script appears to be throwing a nil value exception on line 19.
