This mod adds a "Build Generator" recipe, and a "Build You Own Generator" magazine .

The recipe is acquired by reading the magazine (or being Electrician). It also requires level 6 electrical and level 4 metalworking. It is in the "Electrical" tab of the Crafting Menu.

The "Build Your Own Generator" magazine can be found anywhere you could find the "How to use generators" magazine, with slightly less chance. And the "Build Your Own Generator" magazine also teaches you how to use generators, so if you find it, you won't need to find the other. So basically, your chances of finding a generator magazine are almost doubled.
