te-23 small fighter and scout plane

this is based off my very crappy te-25 plane (its literally the same body withe the wings on the side with some improvements).

those said improvements are.
better cooling ( i actually planned the cooling loop for once)
faster
stronger wheels
better weapon placement
better way of entering/exiting
and weapon overheat protection
