Miqail's Glass UI

This mod will keep the classic style but gives a nice transparent elements to the ui that was previously blocked by solid black elements.

Some things that is worth mentioning:
- You can now read descriptions of other players while still be able to see your character and move freely.
- Transparent Compass wont take so much screen space from the action
- Solid black Skill bar wont block your view from the enemies coming from behind you anymore
