[TrueSpace Addon] Refrackin Your Universe [OUTDATED]

I made it where Frackin Universe's stars are able to spawn in TrueSpace, I also changed the guaranteed worlds to ignore forest worlds, and instead care more about deserts (aka, lush, moon, desert), because we had 3 people on a server without sand, and that's not ok. If you want to add this to a truespace + frackin universe universe, just backup and delete the universe chunks file, you'll end up with a scrambled updated universe.

Note: If you are running a server, and are switching to this mod from a FU+TrueSpace universe, and have backed up and deleted the universe chunks file, some players may not be able to join. To fix this, use the original universe chunks file, have them fly into open space (not orbiting any objects other than the star), then switch to the new one. They will now be able to join.
