Ok I finally figured it out. So I was under the assumption that you needed to load the translation patch FIRST. Once I tried loading the main ones and then the patch, no more crash.

Well, the 2 mods have a conflict somewhere and I can't seem to find it. Crashes on startup. Not sure what it would conflict with - I've tried disabling some of the other Kislev unit/skill mods to no avail.
