That's weird, not only I could click on it, I confederated his faction and recruited him for my army, got not problem commanding him and even fighting battles manually, all before the Mixur's update. Interesting. I'll try my luck starting another campaign again, to see what happens.
That lord always had issues for some people, for a long time. Some people cannot click or even look at him, while others are perfectly fine.
It was "Miaoying Reinforcement". It changes the Ninth Wall building, but I didn't pinpoint it before.
And yes, I don't know what errors you've been encountering but Mixur's last update now broke my current campaign and I cannot select the army of that Jade Legendary Lord whatever-is-its-name, it makes my game crash to desktop 100% of the times.
