描述
I wanted to use an identical mod that was outdated so I needed to make an up to date version myself.
Tell me if it doesn't work anymore, I'll look into it.

Inspired by older mod:

Modifies:

Lowers gene splicing pop cost to 1

Detailed changes:

Assimilation cost: 2+(2*(pop_ass)) -> 1

And load the game today, mod is working. Maybe only works on reloads for some reason? I don't know.

To minimise compatibility issues you might wanna clean registry.xml out of everything but :

just copy paste. Mod changes only one line of code there. And that's all it needs to work.

This kind of mod (changing a game parameter) is very easy to get a conflict on. Try loading it last - better yet, try it as your only mod to see if it works.

I know my version works fine with ESG as long as you load it later.

Just curious - why would anyone need this? Horatio is already excessively powerful.
