More Magistrates! (Fixed for IE)

Don't they say variety is the spice of life? Well here are some more varied magistrate lords to spice up the look of your Cathay campaign!

I have a certain fondness for Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and by extension am a huge fan of Total War Three Kingdoms as well as the Dynasty Warriors series. When I load up a campaign as Cathay though, as much as I love their visual themes and part of the map, I found their magistrate lord variety to be lacking, and thus with a lot of help created this mod to offset that. I hope to have fun using it just as much as I hope ya'll do!

This is my first mod, so please, do be gentle with me! :D

P.S. No, I have not tweaked their stats; they still hit like tissue paper

APPEARANCE RATE: Might seem low but due to the yin-yang system I have 24 variants in there, so sometimes the appearance chance feels super low.
