Description:

The SA342 Gazelle Helicopter is based off the real SA342 Gazelle operated by many nations, this is a modernised version of that very helicopter with up to date weaponry & avionics whilst keeping the authentic Gazelle looks & features. The helicopters purpose is to Scout & neutralise threats before the main fighting force (Apache's, Attack Aircraft & ground forces) moves in. The Gazelle has a light payload of x4 Pylons but can carry up to x8 Air to Ground/Air missiles. The Gazelle is meant to be used in certain ways which you can find in the usage guide below.

Startup:

1. Battery 1 & 2 Power (Lower Center console behind throttle)
2. All overhead flip switches (EG: Avionics, FLCS, Comms, ENG Clutch, etc.)
3. Hold ENG Crank till 30RPM & you hear engine start (Right knee gauge- RPM Gauge)
4. Whilst engine RPM builds up, set Laser & Radio Frequency, 'default Laser Code is 20' (NOTE: You MUST manually set the Laser Code in order to use Laser Guided Weapons)
5. Set any Lighting, your choice
6. At around 900RPM Tail Rotor will start & helicopter may start to drift- just counter this with Yaw
7. Wait till 2000RPM before take off

x2 AGM-116K Laser Guided Missile
x4 AAG-112K Radar Guided Fire & Forget Missile

Defence:

Laser Warning Receiver
Radar Warning Receiver
x3 Chaff
20mm Armour in nose & rear fuselage

Known Issues:

* Ground/ Air Radar not accurate- Mid Fix
* Laser Warning Receiver only works on default wavelength (0)- Easy Fix
* FLCS (Flight Control System) is a bit shaky- Hard Fix
* FLCS (Flight Control System) makes helicopter roll stupidly fast- NOT BEING FIXED; can be fixed in-flight, see User Manual
* ENG Temp Gauge doesn't work- NOT BEING FIXED; Stormworks game issue, jet engines dont give accurate temperature measurement
