Tears of the Lady

描述
Elizabeth LeClerque has hired you to help her obtain a Tear of the Lady. Rumored to have fallen from the eyes of the Goddess herself, it is said that a single tear can cure any illness. LeClerque's son Morgan is deathly ill. She has already tried clerics, shamans, and every other form of help available. At this point, she feels that finding a Tear is her only hope. Her research has led her to an abandoned temple in a jungle. She had just begun exploring it when the expedition was attacked.

On the temple map, you have to explore the eastern wall directly opposite from the entrance into the room where LeClerque is. Go past the open entrance into the temple area proper. Once you have defeated the first wave of lizards and go past the columns just past the open temple entrance, a secret door should open in the eastern wall and the second wave of lizards should spawn.

Thank you, Acadiantri. I found the secret door. I guess my party scoured the whole map except that small spot. Cheers!

So there are three groups of lizards, each group of which spawns in two waves. After you defeat the first group, there's a trigger to the east of the main temple entrance that opens a secret door to the east. When you open that secret door, the second group of six spawns. When you've killed those, open the small door in the revealed room to the north, and the third group of lizards will spawn (again, in two waves). Kill those seven lizards and approach the eastern wall of the room where the third group of lizards spawns, and Beau will spawn to talk with you.

I really like the encounters so far but I hit a wall. During the fight the lizards without a long rest quest, I fight 2 groups of lizards. Then when the two groups are dead, a dialogue box pops up stating Beau is fighting and he says go east or similar. After that, nothing happens. I talked to the questgiver, she says to save Beau. I fought a couple bugs behind the door in the temple where the second group of lizards spawned but nothing comes from it (other than the loot). If I long rest the quest just completes but nothing else changes. I can't find a way to go help Beau.

Hmmm, after you defeat the traitors and recover the Tear, when you enter the entry area, something should trigger. I'll double-check it.

I have a tear, but I don't see a LeClerque anywhere or a way out of this location.

Need to find the Tear (near where the leader of the traitors died) and take it to LeClerque.
