A mod that lets you recruit freinds of the Datebound roles from Corbent's Interactive Crew (originally by Audie) with Job Offers! It basically makes the two compatible, so to speak. The new job offers can be made by hand using a diamond, apothecary, and stimpack (in most cases) since I didn't think that a colony deed quite fit the feel of a friend or signifigant other. I don't expect this to be a super helpful mod, I just wanted to make it to see if I could. Turned out to be easier than I expected so I thought I'd share the results.

Fair warning, there is something of a bug that makes the characters take off their clothes when they accept the job offer? I'm not entirely sure how to fix that, so... I guess that's just the state of it. Possibly a result of the role's default outfit or something. You can fix that with Crew Customization +, another mod I recommend.

Also, in case it wasn't obvious, this could possibly brake your game if you don't have Corbent's Interactive Crew and Job Offers installed as well, as it relies heavily on both.

@Not a spy Im pretty sure the developer for datebound removed their mod for "lack of quality" not the developers of starbound. I always found that mod cute though and i miss it, luckily i have it saved :3

@GarglingGlass The nudity bug is on both ends: CC+ skips the defaultUniform and gets the initial uniform from the default items instead. The DB roles only have their weapons there, not their outfits. (Vanilla roles have the outfit in both places.) I've made a patch that adds outfits in that spot: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3336173544

I don't use this mod, and my crew has been getting naked when I recruit them too. It's probably from Interactive Crew, not this.

so are they functionally identical to the medic and chemists?

tested, the on-ship effects are regen for medic, jump boost for hiker, rage for brawler, glow for explorer and run boost for athlete

@Rusty a tad bit late but here's the answer:Datebound was supposed to be an ""relationship"" mod,featuring an unique NPC type with random dialogs(there were probably more to come),but chucklefish has unlisted the mod a while ago,due to "the devs feeling it underperforms in quality"
