765HP Engine and 6/10/12 Speed Transmission

Adds a custom engine and three custom transmissions for all stock SCS trucks and some mod trucks (see below). The engine is pretty self-explanatory; it's just a more powerful engine. The transmissions were tuned to give optimal heavy load performance (low first gear for getting started, high last gear for cruising at 65mph) with more equally-spaced intermediate gear ratios. There aren't any that are too far apart or too close anymore.

Also includes two new chassis for the Westernstar 49X, a short 8x4 Twin Steer option in SFA/SBA flavors. They are identical in appearance and spec to the short 8x6 chassis, just that the second axle is no longer powered and can steer (and is liftable). Because for some reason the short 8-axle chassis seem to understeer horribly with a trailer attached.

I tried to give each part a name/icon that fit with the stock parts for each truck (I think it would be weird to have a Caterpillar engine in a Volvo, for example) but they all share the same specs.

Engine brake steps: 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%
Engine brake always downshifts, and always uses the retarder as well (when available)

All parts unlock at level 1 and should appear at the bottom of the list (they are more expensive than all stock parts) but if you are having trouble figuring out which parts are from this mod, I've added a name list below:
