This mod adjusts how many skill points both Lords and Heroes gain per rank.

Added skill dump skill named Excess Training, which is located in the upper right corner, that is used for surplus skill points. This skill gives +1% Winds of Magic Power Reserve when Increasing, +1% Weapon Strength and +1% Missile Strength for each level (max +50%). AI priority skill choosing to be lowest possible for the skill dump and required level of 15.

Total number of skill points is Tripled for Lords and Heroes:
