描述
100% Percentage chance that the AI will choose to fight you on the field for non-port minor settlement battles.

The approch changed a line for AI behavior so I can't make it dependent on tier.

I have switched to the LAND BATTLES mod that can also be found in the workshop. That one works perfectly. Wanted to support thid mod, but the inactivity forces my hand :-)

Helmgart needs to be put back to being a fortification. Easier to take in the beginning of the Empire campaign, means its going to be harder to defend...
