Paromlin Zagreb - SILO Dilapidated

Hello and welcome back to my workshop page.

This is one out of three versions i made of this asset. All three assets are Unique Buildings.

Paromlin or steam mill in English is a complex of industrial buildings located in Zagreb, Croatia near the central train station.



And i am bringing you one part of it and that is silo building. It was built in 1908 and it was first use of reinforced concrete structure of its kind in Croatia made from plans by builder Josip Dubski. For this version inspiration was an idea by a friend from Discord suggesting that this old looking and dilapidated version might be interesting to him and maybe even others too.

The asset was made to look like the real one except i added some details of my own like the roof , glass brick windows or the larger industrial doors on the front facade.
I added some details like showing some armature, dirt and grime :-)

I hope you will enjoy detailing surrounding areas of this building and combining it with other industrial buildings.

As the building is unique building you can add service cube assets to make it relay function as any use you want. Even an office building with large communal spaces in top portion instead of an penthouse.

Yes, I also work in blender — I think you’d have to change some of the mesh in addition to changing the texture.

If you feel motivated to do it I think it would be something a lot of players would use.

Thx for idea m4gic , i might try at some point but can't promise when it is going to happen. Especially as crumbling down is not that easy to achieve in blender all that easy ;-)

Can you make an even more dilapidated version? I included this in Post Apocalypse District Style, but having one that is crumbling would be even better! Great work, though!
