Paromlin Zagreb - SILO Modern conversion

Hello and welcome back to my workshop page.

This is one out of three versions i made of this asset.

Paromlin or steam mill in English is a complex of industrial buildings located in Zagreb, Croatia near the central train station.



And i am bringing you one part of it and that is silo building. It was built in 1908 and it was first use of reinforced concrete structure of its kind in Croatia made from plans by builder Josip Dubski. For this version inspiration was picture of a render of proposed re purposing the space in to public bath.

The asset it self has large openings for glass windows so you can detail interior to your liking and that is why i didn't add any props in assets editor so you can have freedom to make it your own.

Also the asset is made with one additional sub mesh to achieve the look of semi transparent glass and visible interior.

Because PO dose not support sub mesh conversion and as aligning the sub building was not easy and precise i included the glass as a separate object here in the upload. So if you convert to PO you can add glass back.

As the building is unique building you can add service cube assets to make it really function as any use you want. Even an office building with large communal spaces in top portion instead of an penthouse.
