Legacy of the Khan

Ah, letting the greatest khans have their own legacy trees.
Ah, making the perks in these trees slightly OP.
Ah, making it so that Temujin's descendents will therefore continue to be giant pains in the ass long after papa Genghis bites the dust.

Also adds a decision to open your dynasty legacy tree. If you have too many legacies available the button to open it in the dynasty view disappears, so I figured I'd add that in since some of you might be playing with lots of other mods that add dynasty legacies.

Will be compatible with everything. Only adds, doesn't overwrite.

Every one of these perks requires you / the AI to have the greatest khan trait, but the first perk makes it so every dynasty member has a 5% chance to be born a mighty khan so if your big khan dies that's not the end of your dynasty's potential to get all the perks, more a temporary stop until you can murder suicide your own dynasty until someone born a khan is in charge.
This might be changed if someone can convince me but I actually like the idea of having to infight so that a great khan can be at the head of the dynasty once more, especially since Temujin killed his older brother for being a cruel head of the family after the death of their father and his descendants would engage in a lot of infighting.
