Start with Icebolt

描述
Gives all classes a starting Bolt skill. The new skill based on the power level of Firebolt in my other mod, Bolt Enhancement Project. That mod is not a prerequisite, but in it Firebolt was greatly nerfed from its vanilla state so these new skills are also much weaker than vanilla Firebolt.

For now, each class' skill deals a different type of damage but they are identical aside from that. They even still share the same cosmetics as Icebolt. I plan to give them some more distinct properties at some point in the future.

Doesn't replace any content. Uses IDs 530-537

On starting a new game, the skill won't start in your hotbar, you'll have to open the skill menu with 'v' and assign it from there.

Big update! Huge nerf to the skill and changed damage types. Fallen Knights and Berserkers will probably like the fact that theirs deal Phys now and will scale on strength.

In case anyone's curious, I made this primarily for myself because I'm trying to play more caster but don't want to pick warlock since warlock skills after level 1 lack nuance (they're all just attacks with different types of AOE). Having a workhorse bolt skill is super important, and Frost Bolt's usually one of my favorite picks at level 2, next to Quick Step. Now, I don't have to pick between those two useful skills and also don't have to reroll if neither show up.

Does this effect the game's balance? Yeah, duh. Of course having an extra free skill makes things easier, especially on classes that don't typically get ranged bolt skills. I considered making some thematic differences to each class' version (like the berserker would deal more damage at a shorter range or something) but decided not to, at least for now.
