Fix the rainbow magnorbs!

The astral magnorbs shield brokey, i fixed it and toyed with the stats a bit.

Edit: i tried to toy with the load order of the mod but after editing the metadata it doesn't seem to be able to pack itself up again, if someone knows how to do this please contact me. For the time being, if the rainbow magnorbs reverts back to it's usual self again just unpack this mod, unsub it and put the contents in your mods folder.
