Add abilities that can make the game easier or harder without changing the gameplay, basically just buffs or debuffs to yourself.

I think it just gives all characters abilities in their skills menu that they can bind or use. and the skills are the difficulty buffs/penalties

Was wanting to check this out but I am not seeing anything in game about how to use this mod. Can you let me know If I am supposed to see something so i can see if the mod may not be loaded or something? Thanks.
