Dead Air Poster Styled Bill

Why does this keep happening to poor ol' Bill...


So another goof on a L4D1 poster is Dead Air's. Bill can be seen with a standard blue U.S. Army flash on his beret in this poster, which is not at all similar to his 1st Special Forces Airborne beret flash.

This mod retextures Bill's beret flash to the one seen in the Dead Air poster.


Compatible with body retextures and mods that modify Bill's model

I made this when I had no idea what I was doing when making mods, and I don't have the source files anymore to fix it. I don't plan on remaking this anytime soon but if anyone would like to try their hand at it go ahead.

You're right in the fact that the blue flash wasn't present during Vietnam; it wasn't officially approved until 2000, which makes this mod super-duper broken in terms of lore. To answer your other question regarding the symbolism of the flash:

The blue color palette and 13 stars are redolent of the U.S. flag carried by the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War (13 stars representing the original 13 colonies)

Curious but what beret badge does this represent? I've seen it online but I'm curious what it's part of like I don't think that symbol existed during the Vietnam war it looks modern.
