The Refiner is a Survival Ready Ship, Built to be reliable in atmospheric* and gravity* conditions
It comes equipt with

* connectors and mergers for future expansions,
* Two Projectors intended to be used to facilitate repairs on the vessel, or assemble planned Expansion modules,

It also comes equipped with a script/mod that allows scanning an asteroid for materials.
