Camera crosshair

This microcontroller draws a cross hair on the camera image. It makes it easier to see the center of the camera image.
The color and size of the cross hairs can be changed from the properties window. （The color and size of the reticle can be changed in the properties window (RGB, "Alpha" means transparency). The size of the crosshair ranges from 0 for zero size (not drawn) to 1 for the full height of the monitor.
