Can you build a colony, relying only on the space elevator?

This is an alternative version of my moon map, with almost all outside connections removed.


UPDATE
-Removed the underground highway, by popular request
-Drained the crater lake for more immersion.
-Made the theme less bright.


No DLC/mods are required other than the map theme.

Tips:
- If you don't own the Sunset Harbor DLC, dump sewage into the crater lake to get rid of it.
- Recycling centers turn trash into raw resources
- IT specialization offices produce consumer goods
- The map has the natural resources that you could collect

Haha - I did put in airplane routes so that there is some way to get imports from earth in the late game.

Do not build an airport unless your city can handle the traffic! Lesson learned.

an alternative timeline where the moon has a breathable atmosphere and teleportation technology exists, allowing people from earth to travel to the moon at any given moment thanks to the tall teleportation structure that is the space elevator. also people can just simply build things very quickly because the moon is rich in materials needed for concrete, and roads can be made just instantly. a future where humanity has things that are very normal except for insta building and teleportation.

Hey everyone! Are other people having this issue with the map? I get a warning the says 'Warning: The custom map theme used by this map or save is missing. A default map theme will be used instead. Do you wish to proceed?"

Any info would be awesome!!
