Scorched Lakebed Map

A once great lake has almost fully dried up, leaving behind a nice flat lakebed to build a city in.
What could possibly go wrong?

This is a desert map I designed on a whim. Make sure to get the theme!
Includes all resources except forestry (you can plant trees if needed).
Includes all connections except ships.
-No asset mods needed!
-No DLC needed!

The Twist:
There is no water source in the lake. This has two main implications:
-Firstly, without any input, the lake will (very gradually) dry out due to evaporation.
-Secondly, the lack of a water source means that the lake will not "consume" excess water – so if you pump too much sewage into it, you might risk flooding your city.

So the challenge is to think about how you want to manage your water supply. That will be easier with the Sunset Harbor DLC, but is still possible without it. Maybe you could treat the waste water to make it drinkable again? Or tap the deeps with water towers? The choice is yours!
