L4D2 Main Menu UI Fixes

Corrections to the Main Menu UI of the game:

- New view of Settings and Panel Lists sections to fit better
the strings of text, panel lists and additional UI elements;

- Fixed and improved Navigation for Controllers
in Settings and Panel Lists sections,
especially in Found Games Lists.

Fixed in addition:

- Bad vtf compression Versus Survival image
to upscaled and more centered;

• L4D2 VS SURVIVAL UPSCALED

- Bright bottom line in the Hard Rain loading screen
for Widescreen resolutions with the original texture and colors preserved.

in the game search menus with the original colors preserved.

• Menu Image Fix for Dead Air
