Found Games List Expand and Team Lobby Fixes (+MMUIF)

Expanding of Found Games Lists, better visibility of text in the active game description
and Corrections for the Team Lobbies and for creation of them:

Found Games Lists:

- expanding Public Found Games List for better vision of Campaign list;
- expanding Friends Found Games List:

• better visibility of the names of Steam groups in the list;
  
• better visibility of the game modes in the list.

Team Lobbies:

- added PERMISSIONS to creation of team lobbies for Versus and Scavenge type of games;
- added CHOOSE CHAPTER to creation of team lobbies for Versus type of games;
- added PERMISSIONS and ability VOTE TO START to team lobbies.

In addition added an expanding of Leaderboards list for the Survival mode for better vision of the records.

and editing of placement for Loading icon for Friends Found Games page and for ADDONS menu for better vision in the game.
