Unlike my Aesthetics collections, these mods technically alter the vanilla gameplay, and so for the purpose of some kind of challenge or something they could be considered cheats - particularly in early game with using extra characters who are stronger than Isaac without the D6.
Besides that, nothing here is massively overpowered or problematic - the main issue will come with modded items unlocked by getting completion marks as Mastema or Andromeda.
