Update: Updated to NSC3

A NSC Patch for the Terran Empire shipset. Unfortunately it's a bit crude as the weapons don't line up, but it will do.

Reminder to load it after the Shipset mod.

Sadly, this requires an update since NSC changed some of their ship types.

Just thought I'd let you know that for some reason any of the ships NSC adds don't have select able components.
