The Watchdog uses a primary pistol with secondary gremlin.

Squaddie:
Guidance Protocol: Grant an ally an overwatch shot.
Pistol Expertise: Grants 1/1/2/2/3 Damage and Armour Piercing based of pistol tier. negates long range penatlies. grants quick draw when equipped with a pistol and cramped engagement when equipped with an autopistol.
Watchdogs Vigilance: Take reactionary shots at enemies during their turn until you either successfully land a shot or run out of ammo. On a succesful hit you will stun an enemy for 2 actions and stop reacting.
Hack: Hack an objective or command tower.


LCPL:
Opportunist: Your reactionary shots ignore half of cover bonuses
Guided Defense: Allies you put guidance protocol on will be protected by a temporary shield.
Concussion Protocol: Deal a small amount of guaranteed damage and disorient a target. 25% chance to stun.

CPL:
Concentration: Grazes are upgraded to normal hits.
Rescue Protocol: Grant an ally a bonus movement action as well as bonus mobility and dodge. 2 Charges per mission.
Guided Offense: Allies you put guidance protocol on will have their aim temporarily increased.

SGT:
Watchdogs Ire: After Watchdogs vigilance triggers you will be put on overwatch.
Fade Protocol: Grant an ally temporary concealment. This concealment is lost if they move.
Flashbang Airdrop: Airdrop a flashbang to an ally.

SSGT:
Focus: The first reactionary shot you take per turn will be guaranteed.
Quick Aid: The first support based gremlin ability you use per turn, will refund the action used.
Self-Guidance: Whenever you use guidance protocol on an ally, also grant yourself the benefits.

TSGT:
Shooting Sharp: You have increased chance to hit enemies in cover and also pierce 2 armour when shooting through cover.
Resupply: Reload the weapons of all allies. 2 uses per mission.
Scatter Protocol: Deal a small amount of guaranteed damage in an area and force all targets hit to move.

GSGT:
Rapid Reaction: When you successfully land an overwatch shot gain another overwatch shot up to 3.
Absolute Guidance: Allies you use guidance protocol will gain the benefits of the sentinel perk for a turn.
Containment Field: Place target unit into stasis for 1 turn. The unit cannot attack but is immune to all damage.

MSGT:
Vigilance Protocol: Put all allies in an area on overwatch with your gremlin. This overwatch shot is not effected by any benefits granted by guidance protocol
Supercharge: All gremlin abilitites gain an additional charge.
Ignition Protocol: Deal a small amount of guaranteed damage to a target and burn them.
