Didn't expect Layers of Fear in Escape Simulator. Pretty good map!

I don't get the plants vs the eyes. I would assume it's something like "top plant is blue, therefore the blue eye looks upwards", but then why is the yellow plant at the bottom, yet the eye looks to the right? Also, I agree it would be better to be able to see where we are going... The story was captivating, and it leaves wanting to know more... who wrote the message on the front door? Why is it barricaded from the inside, and how did we find ourselves in there? What year is it? What happened to the couple?

Cool map, but didn't need to that dark. would have been just as great with the ability to see.

The Good: the painting, and the seating plans . The Bad: how to fill the tankard was not intuitive . And the really really annoying: I was unable to complete the final step because the door had already eaten my crowbar .

I don't understand why so many people like to make giant maps then limit your visibility to 2 feet.

Good puzzles - slightly laggy due to map size, however I don't think the darkness was necessary. Fun to explore all the rooms and piece together the narrative.

Wow! Spent 40 minutes on this and then the trowel got stuck to the paint pallette. Couldn't release it from the pallette. So I had to quit. Good puzzle until then but kind of a bummer to have to quit when I was so close to finishing it.
