Lower Chance of Modded Items

This mod makes modded items 2x less likely to appear in runs. Born out a desire to see modded items less and have them be less run-defining and run-breaking, but still having them present in the game as a rarer and more special addition, as opposed to something that you'd expect seeing every other run.

Won't do anything by itself, you need to have item mods installed in order to see any effect!

This changes the entire vanilla itempools.xml file, as such, mods that change the item pool of vanilla items will be incompatibile.

Also includes custom-made versions that combine the first three with the Better Red Ultra Secret Room Item Pool mod, to install these patches go to the mod's folder, and open the README inside the "Compatibility Patches [README]" folder.
