Walk Up 2 Blocks (4 Wide)

Modifies the player's hitbox so that they can walk up 2 blocks instead of 1, does so while also making the player's hitbox 4 blocks wide to properly facilitate slopes that don't cause a slowdown effect.

The big sideffects with this version are that:

1. The player can't fit in holes thinner than 3.5 blocks.
   
2. The player's sprites don't properly reperesent their new width.
   
3. Wall climb tech won't function without modifications to its code (specifically the sensor that triggers a wall climb).

Will not work with any mod/tech that also alters the player's hitbox.

Here's a version that doesn't doesn't affect the hitbox's width but suffers a major slowdown when walking up blocks.
