Weed Wacker

Weed Wacker: (previously grass trimmer) lets you choose how tall you want to keep the grass (1 voxel left by default) and removes the extra grass above. It creates a nice flat surface, if the ground is flat below the grass.

Only works if the view is not blocked from the top of the removal range.

Treats snow and grass the same. This is totally done because I think a trimmer would remove snow, not because I don't know how to differentiate them in mods.

Default tool use button to use, press M in game for settings Esc or M for closing settings.

Maybe I add later
-letting you change the 2 horizontal sizes separately, so it's easier to create a straight line
-Allowing the removed box to be aligned to the player view direction, rather than aligned to the level
-Make it work on foilage (currently only removes the grass baked into the height map, not other vegetation)
-Make it ignore props so there won't be issues with grass staying due to a prop a few voxels above blocking the view (partially fixed now)
