S-641 Ambush Diesel Attack Submarine

DESCRIPTION

The S-641 Ambush is a Diesel Attack Submarine used by the Newquay Armed Forces, and make up the bulk of their subsurface forces. The Ambush was designed around the idea of a relatively cheap and quick to build class of submarines which could handle a variety of roles such as coastal patrols, intelligence gathering, mine-laying, area denial, and anti-shipping. Despite their age (being the oldest class of ship in Newquay's fleet), their reliability and toughness combined with advanced weaponry makes the Ambush's class a force to be reckoned with.



HOW TO USE
- Engine Start is in the control room on the display with the two dials (press the red 1 & 2)
- All Primary weapons are controlled from drivers seat.
- The Torpedoes can only go forwards if given no GPS target.
- Press Increase Frequency to get the missile screen come up, you must be surfaced to launch them.
- Launch mines in relatively shallow water and at ~10 knots.
- Depth hold is activated by by the button on the upper panel, ship will automatically transfer between the battery and
diesel propulsion.
