Para Bellum submod - 24 Turns per Year

I beg someone to make it so that when children are born, they don't just get dropped on their head. This mod would be perfect for marathon runs if the entire bloodline's offspring didn't collectively end up in a shallow grave. My only grievance, given the mortality rate is worse than the black plague. lmao

With 4tpy it is not possible to develop the most advanced technologies, in campaign with Aureliano I managed to obtain all the level 1 technologies when Aureliano turned 80 years old, the man already had great-great-grandchildren and all the generals with whom he started had already died... It is not a good idea to multiply by 2 the research times, at least not for divided empire and august emperor

Updated:
- Included all Campaigns/DLCs (previously only working with the Grand Campaign).
- Buildings and technology times increased x2, in respect to Para Bellum values.
- Adjusted the historic chronicle script.

ParaBellum is also better than DEI in the fact that they didnt half-ass the WoS campaign, DEI could have been the superior mod if they gave every Greek/Hellenic state it's own unique shield patterns, equipment, and navies (I understand that is a lot of skin work to do but still) so in my opinion ParaBellum is better because of that. Although I wouldnt mind the units being DEI size because that is more historically accurate for the time period, and almost 100% accurate for the Peloponesian War

Rise of The Rebublic isnt a big area so I don't understand why it takes 10 years in a campaign to move an army across Italy. Hopefully that is fixed soon, I can't get into it when it is like that. Even the DEI team didnt think about that which is weird

For now only the Grand Campaign, but I plan to update too the others.
